Once the list of documents and cpd list is given the initial payment is not refundable even if the candidate wish not to proceed with the application.
It is the responsibility of the client to provide all the documents required for the application.
If the application to register as a DCP is rejected without a right of appeal we will refund your fees less an administration fee of £500.
